Hi all!
This is just some suggestions I have for the future TMs and tournaments if that ever happens. These things I will talk about are thinks I have seen and what I think could be beneficial.

First off, I have seen this site has taken much of its structure from Central. I assume, someone high up correct me if I am wrong, that the rules for PvP here would most likely revolve around Central rules. That is one thing I don't wish on this site. I will supply reasons why.

1. They constantly say on central they try to make things fair. If it was, there would be no need for tournaments such as The topsy tournaments. They even state that Myth and fire win the most. That I'd what I would like to change.

So, onto Challenging the Rules.
1. Resist Cap. This benefits fire. It makes it no one can have to much resist to them. It's basically same way for Myth, but helps fire more. This applifies their winning ability.

Argument to #1: Well, then someone can do this to any school, making it hard to kill them. That is true. But now they have given up valuable stats. A secondary school attacks with colossal could hurt, a lot. Not to mention their attack boost is way down too.

2.Shatter. This one I see that many hate this spell. I think it's a great spell. It's basically an instant DoT. This allows schools with breaking shield problems to benefit, and not just be stuck because there opponent has up 7 of their shields

Argument to #2: This also can benefit, as with a double hit as big as orthrus, it will hurt. A lot. And fire also. Note, I gonna throw out some semi-random %'s.

Lets say you have seven fighters. One of each school, all with equal levels of skill. If they all face each other twice, once from first and once from second. The two with highest wins will be myth and fire, let's say they won around 90% of their matchs. The lowest tier, storm and life, won 20% of their matchs. Now, allow shatter in. Yes, it helps fire and myth. It makes their winning percentage go up to 95%. But take a look the life and storm now. There winning percentage is up at least to 40% as there biggest problem is shields.
NOTE: Those are random numbers, but they are estimates, and I think if you see what I mean, you will see the purpose of allowing it

Second argument to #2: Even from second, a myth can still cast orthrus and get the second hit in, and you can't shield. Now this will lead into the next #, so hold onto my answer. Dispels. That would be easiest solution, and there are many more to be solved. Isn't that what PvP is about? Figuring out how to beat the tough strategies.

3. Dispels. I would say keep the rule the same. Make sure you have that you can't do them 2 turns in a row. 5-6 max.

Argument: what happens when you hit the max, and are fighting a myth or anyone and you are second.
This will take incredible timing, but in the end, I believe these rules would benefit everyone.

4. Bubbles. This one is hard. I would like to ban them, as they give advantages to some, not all. With life/balance/death(somewhat, doom is 2 pips and effective) suffer from bad bubbles. I do know that they are a big part of strategy and PvP. My suggestion is basically have some tournaments with them, some without. Without would make it very fair, but I don't want people to never be able to use them

Arguement to #4: LBD players can just use out of school bubbles.
That is true, but will usually cost us 2 PP, and doesn't help us much at all. A wyldfire won't help me any more than no bubble, and is a big waste to tear down my opponents bubble.

5. No blades/traps can be unless they are trained spells. This helps stop OHKO's.

Don't see a argument here


6. Reserved for healing boost. Need to do some math and thinking. With previous rules I stated, we wouldn't be hit as hard, so this might need reducing.

I think these rules would be great for Tournaments! It looks like you know a lot about PvP, that's a very good quality for a Tournament Master...

I see shatter as something that can be countered easily. From first, it's too easy. From second, it takes some guessing.
