Who drops mega snacks?

I need to know who drops mega snacks. I cant go to WT to farm for gold... >.<
(I kinda wanna know, does Luska drop them again?)

Yes, the bosses in the waterworks drop mega snacks again, however they don't show up as often and you only get one or two. However, if you go to Mirror Lake you can fight the spiders at the end and usually get two gold pearls and two mega snacks.
