General Rules to all Pet Derby Tournaments
1.The same pet does not need to be used each round, but only one pet may be used per match.
2.All races will be run as practice matches between the Participants only.
3.Each match will be a best-of-five races. The first to three wins will advanced.
4.The Pet with the higher Manifested Pedigree will choose the first course. If both pets have the same Manifested Pedigree, then the pet with lower Total Pedigree will choose first. If both have the same again, the player with the lower Derby Rank will choose first.
5. For all rounds past the first one, it will be the wizard who advanced to the next round first that picks the first course.
6. After the first race, the loser will select the next course to run.
7. In the event that both racers have the exact same time (Tie), no win shall be awarded and the race shall be run again with the pet that was awarded 1st on the podium selecting the next course to run.
8.Any course, any level can be selected, but each course may only be ran once.
9.Should a tie-breaking race five be needed, Dragonfire Road Course (Hard) will be used.
10. Once you join, please make an effort to complete your race. Be respectful of those that have joined to participate in the tournament. Please do not join if you cannot make the required time commitment.
11. If a time and place is not agreed upon or one of the participants does not make an effort to make a meeting, then the player that made the effort will be advanced.
12. Failure to communicate and forfeiting may affect your eligibility for future Derby Tournaments.
13. Once your matches have been completed PM me the results of the match so I can update the brackets accordingly.
14. If any disagreements come up between you and another participant, you may either PM me or one of the other Tournament Masters and we will investigate the issue.
